Platform overview
Some teams want the attorney desk. Some already have in-house counsel and want software that runs on their own playbook. Powered by the Jurisphere platform, ReCo.Legal gives you either — or both — starting with company-level obligation tracking across every counterparty, agreement, value, and renewal.
Trusted by 500+ organizations to manage their contracts

No new platform to learn. The ReCo.Legal add-in sits inside Microsoft Word — click Open Jurisphere in the ribbon and your playbook runs right there in the document, surfacing redlines and rule-based fallbacks your team can accept in place.
Article 12 — Indemnification
12.1 To the fullest extent provided by law, the Contractor shall not be liable for any loss or casualty incurred or caused by the Subcontractor. The Subcontractor assumes all risk of loss for all of its work , except for any loss to the extent covered by Builders' Risk insurance.
Subcontractor waives any independent right of recovery against Contractor and receipt of such compensation by Contractor from the Owner is a condition precedent to Subcontractor's right to receive same.
